What are House Elite Total Body Classes?
Our Adult Total Body sessions are high-energy, full-body workouts built to challenge every fitness level. Each class blends strength, conditioning, and endurance so you leave feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident. Whether you’re just getting started or chasing your next PR, our coaches guide you every step of the way.
ATB Class Schedule
Monday-Friday @ 5:30am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 5:45pm (no evening class on Friday)
Saturday @ 8:30am
Plus, all participants get nutrition guidance 🥗 tailored to their goals, including macro outlines, fueling strategies for weight loss or muscle building, and easy-to-follow strategies to help you maximize results both in and out of the gym.

Pricing Options
Everyone pays a $20 registration fee to join the challenge. From there, you have two payment options:
1. Pay Weekly

Pay the $20 registration fee at sign-up, then your weekly rate begins September 21.
2. Pay in Full (PIF)

Pay the $20 registration fee plus your total program cost up front at registration.
Weekly Rates:

House Elite Member: $10/week ($80 PIF)

SportHouse Member: $15/week ($130 PIF)
